It allows users to create seat layout files on Google Drive and register seating/leaving and reservation information on those layouts. With Seats, users can utilize the room layout creation function on Google Drive to create room layout and seat position information as layout files. Users can then select a pre-created room, mark their seat as occupied or vacant, or make reservations, effectively managing open office spaces.

By implementing Seats, users can easily track who is present and working, improving efficiency in collaborative work and handling tasks from colleagues who may be working remotely.

Please note that the use of Google Workspace and a usage agreement with Densan Systems Co., Ltd. are required.
